Ingredients

slices of your favourite bread

cup peanut butter

tablespoons jam

eggs

cup heavy cream
3
tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Spread peanut butter on two slices of bread. Spread jam on the other two.

  2. Combine to make sandwiches.

  3. In a bowl, lightly beat eggs and cream together.

  4. Melt butter in large frying pan over medium heat.

  5. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating well.

  6. Place in frying pan and brown both sides. Serve immediately.
