Directions

Sesame chicken bites

  1. Mix mayonnaise, onion powder, mustard powder, and pepper in a large-size zip-lock bag.

  2. Add chicken, and shake and massage bag to coat all pieces.

  3. In a separate large-size zip-lock bag, add breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, and parsley.

  4. Remove chicken from the mayo mixture and add to the breadcrumb mixture.

  5. Shake bag until all pieces are coated with breadcrumbs.

  6. Cook in a large frying pan in 3-4 tablespoons of hot olive oil until chicken is no longer pink inside.

 

Honey mustard dipping sauce

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.

  2. Add more mustard for a spicier flavour or more honey for a sweeter flavour.


For a boost of flavour, try marinating the chicken in the mayonnaise, onion powder, mustard powder, and pepper in the fridge overnight.
