2 packet of your favourite ramen noodles
4 tablespoons peanut butter
2 teaspoon sriracha or your favourite chilli sauce, or more to taste
2 tablespoon chopped peanuts
2 tablespoon chopped spring onion


  • Prepare 1 packet of your favourite flavour of ramen noodles as directed on the package.
  • Remove noodles from heat. Drain off most of the liquid from the noodles. Stir in peanut butter and sriracha or your favourite chilli sauce.
  • Top with peanuts and spring onion and serve immediately.

Add chopped cooked chicken or frozen vegetables in the last minute of cooking to make a heartier meal.
