tablespoon almond butter

banana, sliced

cup blueberries or strawberries

teaspoon chia seeds

tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Add oats to a container of your choice and pour in milk.

  2. Alternate between layers of yoghurt, almond butter, and banana.

  3. Top with blueberries or strawberries, chia seeds, and honey.

  4. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!

  5. Top with sliced almonds and maple syrup if desired.
