Ingredients

1 cup dry rolled oats
0.66 cup coconut flakes
0.5 cup almond/nut butter
0.5 cup ground flaxseed
0.5 cup chocolate chips (or non-dairy substitute)
0.66 cup honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl until combined.

  • Roll into balls or press them into a pan and cut into bars.
